Back of the Building
Abandoned Fire Station in Mt Gravatt

I'm not sure when this fire station was built but I noticed that it appeared empty in late 2007. It had been a fixture in the area for as long as I've lived here. The most noteworthy thing I remember about the station was that the turnout for the fire trucks was regulated by a set of stop lights just a few metres before another set of traffic lights at the intersection of Nursery Road and Logan Road; it used to confuse the hell out of a lot of drivers as they didn't know where to stop.
